It is designed with fast acceleration and deceleration with speed range of 300-4500rpm.
An easy to read LED display shows both time and speed and is easily programmed. The timer will not count down until the set speed is reached to ensure your separations and experiments work as intended. The manual door release is positioned on the side of the unit to ensure the GCC-S remains closed until you want access.
The included twelve (12) position rotor accommodates 5mL, 7mL or 10mL culture or blood collection tubes and up to eight (8) 15mL tubes (all adapters are included). It is ideal for use with 15mL centrifuge tubes and most Globe Scientific collection tubes, and fixed angle rotor is included which holds up to twelve (12) 5mL/7mL/10mL tubes or eight (8) 15mL tubes. All adapter sleeves and risers included and comes with audible alert function.
